about me

Hi! I’m Jamie Wendt - an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#148932) based in Los Angeles, CA.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can express yourself authentically, free from judgment, and feel seen for who you truly are. I celebrate the diversity of identities, backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and abilities that shape each person’s experience. Therapy is most effective when all aspects of your identity are welcomed into the conversation, creating a space for deeper self-exploration and growth. I hold strong values of community, autonomy, respect, and justice, and I am dedicated to providing an inclusive, equitable environment where every voice is valued, and you feel empowered to embrace your full self on your healing journey.

I work with children, teens, emerging young adults, and couples facing emotional and relational challenges. My clients often seek support for anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with women on issues like self-esteem, identity, and empowerment. Whether you're dealing with relationship concerns, personal struggles, or stressors impacting your well-being, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and help you feel more in control.
